70% of the environmental and social impact of clothes happen before the purchasing stage, including raw material extraction, manufacturing, long distance shipping etc. After the initial purchase, the best way to reduce the environmental impact of an existing garment is to extend its life for as long as possible. We understand that shipping is associated with online shopping, and we cannot avoid packaging materials. However, we believe that the net impact of shopping second-hand is positive given that it slows down the production of virgin materials. Elli Share by no means want to replace your local consignment shops but more to provide an alternative way of second-hand clothes shopping for those who are used to the convenience of online shopping.

Unlike traditional fashion retailing, each and every one of our clothing items are unique. Once it is sold to another buyer, it is unfortunately no longer available.

We list the sizes of all clothing items according to the sizes indicated by the respective brand. We also convert them into standard sizes from XXS to XXL. If you wish to get the exact measurements of an item please email us at ellishareinfo@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Items priced $50 CAD and above are eligible for returns. Customers have 7 days from the day of delivery to decide if you want to keep the item. Refer to Return Policy page for more detailed information.

We accept most mid to high tier brand women’s clothes in great conditions. You can either schedule a clothes pick-up if you reside in the Metro Vancouver area or ship your items to us. Clothes should be clean. Please refer the Share Policy page for more information.
